Wiki Circumcision and Discharge on same day

What modifier would be appropriate when a circumcision in done on a newborn by one doctor and then later that day, after the first doctor has left for the day, the baby is discharged by another doctor?

You would add modifier 25 to the discharge if you are coding for the discharge.
