:confused in radiology land:I am in the state of New York. I am looking to see how to code a cisterogram. I have been on several websites and in the CPT coding book. The provider is telling me that the lumbar puncture code that he wants to use is 62284(close to a myleogram) I do not believe so. I beleive that I need to use 70015 for cisternogram and either 61055 or 61055 for the lumbar puncture associated with the procedure. Help someone.
