Wiki claims for discarded drug, i.e. propofol - correct format

Anyone know the correct format to bill out the discarded drugs, say I use 1 vial of propofol, 200mgs and then only 100mg from next vial, how would you bill out the line of claim? or would you put it only in the information box?
Any help would be appreciated.
