Just wondering if anyone out there uses RelayHealth Clearinghouse. Our new EHR program provider is wanting us to change. Any good news or bad news about this?

DON'T DO IT !!! My office changed to an EMR that " required" that we change to Relay Health... After going 3 months with no payments due to all kinds of issues with Relay Health we went back to our old clearinghouse and have had no trouble. Part of our problem was that we couldn't speak to anyone at Relay directly, we had to go through McKesson support which is a joke. So if you are currently using a clearinghouse and it is working for you I wouldn't change!!! If you have any more specific questions about our experience you can reach me at my office 5803324418
