Wiki Clearinghouse rejection

Help! I am working in prime suite clinical and greenway is the clearinghouse and there is a new clearinghouse rejection : Needing NOC information for J3301. I have placed on the claim comment line on hcfa and the claim is still rejecting . Do anyone know where else to put the information ?

Ok thank you ! I did put the info in box 19 but still rejecting now sure what to do

Take a look at page 9 of the Medicare claims manual chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://www.cms.gov/Regulations-and-Guidance/Guidance/Transmittals/2017Downloads/R3881CP.pdf. It indicates exactly the information that is required for a not otherwise classified code in box 19. It's pretty specific.
