I currently bill for an LCSW, LCAC in a single provider practice in Indiana specializing in addictions counseling. He is wanting to add a clinical nurse specialist that will have the authority to prescribe medications. Her credentials are.... "MS, AGCNS-VC, suboxone waiver". Does anyone have any experience with this? Can she even bill? Legality? How would I go about researching this?

I would pull up the state's regulations on this credential. They should have a public medical board site that you can find the exact information on. This way, if the credentials are not billable, you have information to go back to the practice with.
