The patient has TN Medicaid insurance. Our Licensed Clinical Social Worker is billing for 90837. I have research for a policy for billing guidelines have not found one. I am checking for any modifiers for billing LCSW services. I found one "AJ". Does anyone have experience with proper billing guideline, any advice will be appreciated.
