Wiki Clip placement for previously done breast biopsy

Our radiologist did two procedures on this patient. The first was a Clip placement for recent Biopsy-proven invasive ductal CA. Breast biopsy was done previously at an outside facility.
During same visit, patient also had Left breast U/S for 2nd look eval of abnormal left axillary lymph node, followed by lymph node biopsy.
I can code the following for the U/S & lymph node biopsy :

Is there any way to code for the clip placement? It was not done with breast biopsy.

Dr. Z book: "if a clip is placed to localize a lesion for subsequent open biopsy or radiation therapy not at the time of biopsy or aspiration, use unlisted code 19499 to describe the procedure"
