My surgeon did a closed distal femur intramedullary rod placement. Should I use unlisted and compare to 27506.

I would check with the surgeon and verify whether he worked on the distal part of the femur shaft.
I know that a lot of times my physicians dictate distal femur, but really mean the distal part of the shaft.
If that's the case you'll be safe to go with 27506 for the IM nailing.
