hi friends

i want to know how to code this scenario. patient came to office with open wound forearm, swelling and pain on same site. physician order x ray and find fracture on same site(fracture shaft of radius). on physical examination he find open wound of skin which is not exposing fracture site. can i code closed fracture of radial shaft since fracture site is not exposing to environment or can i take it as open fracture since there is documentation of open wound?
