Hello!

I was wondering if anyone could tell me or point me in the direction of what closure codes can be billed with. For example, would I be able to bill a closure code with CPT codes 44205, 47563 or 44970? Is there an exception to the rule? Also, does it matter about the insurance company (MCR vs BC)?
