Doctor removed all of the trapezium and the proximal half of the trapezoid.

Do I code just the 25447 ?
or
Do I code 25447 and 25210-59 ?

He is removing only the proximal half of the trapezoid, so that is why I
am questioning. Appreciate any insight or suggestions.
 
I am hesitate to use the 25210-59 as it isn't a complete carpectomy. But I am open to others opinions to a modifier 52 reduced services appended.

The 25447 includes a single carpectomy which would count towards the trapezoid bone carpectomy.

Interesting case, never coded a partial carpectomy before.
 
I was hesitant because of it being a partial . . . I have had a couple of these just lately, and had not been using the 25210, but then I started doubting whether or not I was correct. I appreciate your input
