BMP and Creatinine Clearance queston

Creatinine Clearance (82575) is obtained by testing Urine Creatinine (82570) and Serum Creatinine (82565).

Serum creatinine is a component of Basic Metabolic Panel (80048).

If a physician orders both, should we be coding 82575 and 80048, or does the duplication of the serum creatinine in both test orders negate the 82575, leaving us with 80048 and 82570 ?

I say 82570 (for the urine creatinine) and 80048 would cover the blood creatinine.
