CMS announced today that:

Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' Office of E-Health Standards and Services Announces 9-Day Period of Enforcement Discretion for Compliance with New HIPAA Transaction Standards.
 
Interesting

I find it quite interesting that this came out just a few days after the AMA published its request to delay implementation of ICD-10. Most likely just coincidental, but conspiracy theorists might have fun connecting the two items.
