Hi all,

Has anyone had any issues with CMS paying on ENG/VNG codes (92537-92547) when performed by the neurologist? Medicare has denied some claims stating that the provider type is not allowed to bill for this type of service. The taxonomy for the physician is 2084N0400x and provider type is 13. The LCDs in our area only state "neurology". :confused:
