Good Morning Fellow Coders,
Does anyone know where I could find some samples of approved attestations for physician's to use. I have some physician's that tend to just state "reviewed and agree" and we all know that's a HUGE NO!!!! Any suggestions on where I might go to get this information would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you all!!! :)
