I had a claim denied by CMS when billing procedure 01810 for our crna. We are a free standing ASC and the CRNA's are employed by our ASC. When I called CMS about the denial I was told that in April CMS had a bulletin indicating there are some procedures that CRNA are no longer paid for. Does anyone have this bulletin or know anything in regards to this. Would appreciate your help.
