Wiki CMS OPPS/IPPS - In Patient Only CPT Code List/spreadsheet

I have seen several mentions online stating Total Hip Arthroplasty and Lumbar Spinal Arthrodesis/Fusion codes have been removed from the In Patient CPT Code list for 2020. They can be billed with In Patient or Out Patient/Observation. However, I can not find anything on CMS' websites. I've asked everyone I know but nobody can find anything more than the Federal Register November 2019. Help!

I think I might have found what you are looking for but for some reason I can upload the file here. But here is where I found it on CMS's website:

This file is the Jan 2020 corrections to the OPPS file. I looked up Total Hip Arthroplasty and it showed it as a J1 status indicator.
