Has anyone received medicare payment for claim submissions using ICD-10 codes? We submitted claims 10/2/2015 and have not received payment and typical reimbursement is 2 weeks.
 
Are you talking about claims for date of service 10/1/15 billed on 10/2/15. I just wanted to clarify as if the DOS was before 10/1/15 they should be submitted with I9 codes.
