Wiki CMS reimbursement denial for 96361

I have multiple dates of service where CMS has denied 96361 used with primary chemo infusion 96413. The denial code is N122 "Add-on code cannot be billed by itself"... Any ideas on what is happening here?

In order to bill 96361 which is an add on code you must bill the primary code 96360 first & remember your modifiers, check the CMS, ncci edits.:)
