Hi All,
I'm not so sure if this is the right forum to asked? but anyway my question is for Medicare visits if they allow co-signatures by MD for NP's New visits or Established Visits only...

Hi emhartly,
It is necessary that the MD should document that he rendered some services also OR it is okay that the notes and services are rendered by the NP's and we just assigned the co-signature?
