my provider did a bilateral iliac venography performed with CO2 contrast given patient has renal insufficiency. this was supplemented by left iliac venography with iodinated contrast. i am new at this and have not seen this before.
Not sure how to code this

You could try 75822, as long as this wasn't performed in combination with an interventional procedure. See Section specific guidelines.
