If you have your CPC, does getting the COC add to your value, or knowledge? I see very little difference between the two, but know that COC used to be CPC-H.
I am currently a Pro-Fee coder for OB/GYN. I have my CPC and COBGC. Is the COC worth going after, or redundant?

I'm all for the alphabet soup so I did the COC. Its basically the CPC w/ some reimbursement knowledge. It might be better idea to work towards the CCS through AHIMA as its CPC, COC, CIC combined.
