My ophthalmologist office recently did a cocaine test on a patient to test for Horner Syndrome. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to bill for this test? They basically just put the drops in the eyes and see how they dilate. I've been unable to find any CPT information on this kind of test. Thank you!
