Good Afternoon - We have a physician providing cochlear implants. Our audiologist see the patients post operatively and are billing code 92604, 92553, 92552, 92567, 92626, 92627 and 92595 but all services are being bundled into code 92604 and only that test is being paid. I am also finding that code 92626 and 92627 are being denied as not billable for an audiologist. Is anyone billing these services that can provide some assistant. I would be very grateful for any assistance.
