hoping someone can help me with this! What cpt code would you use for replacing the magnet of a cochlear implant? It is going to be done in the OR under local anesthetic. Thanks!

Hello,
Did you ever figure out the correct coding for replacing the magnet of a cochlear implant? I found an article that states to use 20670 for the removal and if it's replaced add modifier 22. This article is from 2015 so I'm curious if there is other information regarding the procedure.
