Would the appropriate code assignment for personal history of non-traumatic fracture, not specified as osteoporotic, fatigue, fragility, or stress fracture default to other pathological fracture NEC Z87.311? There is no alpha index entry for NOS.
Example: One right rib fracture due to coughing. No history of osteoporosis. Does have history of other non-traumatic fractures from GLF.
Code: S22.31XD (7thD subsequent- being seen for workup of secondary causes not for treatment of fracture) and Z87.311?
