Can 29840 (ARTHROSCOPY WRIST DIAG W/WO SYNOVIAL BIOPSY SPX) be reported on the same claim with 29846 (ARTHRS WRST EXC&/RPR TRIANG FIBROCART&/JOINT) and 29844 (ARTHROSCOPY WRIST SURGICAL SYNOVECTOMY PARTIAL)?
 
Yes! 29840 bundled with 29844 & 29846 and 29844 bundled with 29846. We have modifier 59 appended on 29844 and 29840 but denied 29840.
