Good morning, I have recently started my career as a medical biller and not up to par on how to submit corrected claims for denials all types of denials yet. The above code was not paid and reason was for CO-B15. I need some help figuring out what must be done to get paid for this procedure code. Suggestions or a place to begin would be helpful.

CO-B15: Payment adjusted because this procedure/service requires that a qualifying service/procedure be received and covered.I Goggled this.. but seems like needs add on code first or modifier or detailed dx code
