We are using the 91035 and billing when the test is read using place of service 22 All of our carriers are denying completely. Medicare states we can bill only under Part A
Is anyone getting these paid and how???/
 
You must use the -26 modifier and the interpretation must be read or dictated with
Office as Place of Service.....
