Does anyone know the correct CPT code for CPAP management done via Telehealth? I am also quite confused about this since we are already billing for E/M code but our RCM wants to bill code 94660 separately since she said there is a change in CPAP pressure.

94660 is not on the CMS list approved telehealth services and most commercial carriers are following CMS on which codes are allowed to be provided telehealth. Also, if you look at the long description of 94660 it doesn't seem like a service that could be provided via telehealth. Per Encoder Pro the long description is:

A mechanical ventilator is applied with a mask over the nose and mouth or through a tube placed into the trachea for patients requiring help breathing due to a lung disorder. Intermittent positive pressure breathing uses positive pressure during the inspiration phase of breathing. This code applies to initial evaluation or application of continuous positive airway pressure for ventilation assistance with positive pressure during inspiration and exhalation.​
