If the infusion of the drug was on for 15 mins do we use 96367 or does it have to be a IVP code 96375? thanks
 
For a subsequent infusion for 15 minutes or less it would be a push code. It must be OVER 15 minutes to utilize the 96367 is my understanding.
 
that's what i thought. did this rule apply for 2009/2010 too??

and for 2012 it looks like the time rule change...cpt says 96367 (up to 1 hr)
