Good morning, starting 2025, we are receiving denials when we bill the administration code 96372 bilateral for the drug code J3111, we tried the 96401 but it did not work, someone can help with this, we tried 2 lines RT and LT MOD, also 1 lane 50 MOD. None of them worked. Thank you.
