Ok, my question is that I had a claim come back and it is denying for a 99391... due to the patient being over a year(by a month). Can I correct this to a 99392? or is that fraud? I am terrified that I am going to do something wrong. Thank you!

Yes you can correct that and you should. Void the previous claim and then submit a new correct claim.

My advice hinges on the patient actually being older than 1 at the time of service.
