Wiki Code for bruising due to high doses of ibuprofen?

Was the medication taken appropriately as prescibed? If so code the bruising followed by the E code for adverse effect.
Was the medication taken inappropriately by the patient? If so was it suicidal? Code the 9xx.xx code for poisoning first followed by the code for bruise, follow by the E code for either accidental poisoning or suicidal attempt whichever fts.
