Our docs performed a cervical osteophytectomy C3-C7. Strictly was bony overgrowth and nothing else was done. Patient was having difficulty swallowing from this bony exostosis. I cannot find a code for this anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas where to look? Thanks in advance. MM
