I have a doctor trying to find a code for a trial procedure he will be performing. It is a desmoid tumor injection. He is providing an experimental treatment protocol developed by Mayo Clinic and involves injecton of high dose triamcinolone (Steroid) with US guidance deep into tumors next to critical structures like major arteries and sciatic nerve.
His diagnosis is agressive fibomatosis. Other than that I have no information on the patient.
