Hello all- I have a question. I work for an Ortho office in the Workers' Compensation division. OUr providers have been billing code 99358 for years when a Nurse Case Manager is present at the appointment and time spent discussing treatment. My internal coding department has brought up concerns regarding billing of this code as per the new guidelines for 2023.

Is there anyone else who bills for Nurse Case Managers? If yes what codes does your practice use?
