Hi,

I am doing Pediatric coding. I have a case where a kid was administered with 12.5 mg phenergan suppository.Can anyone suggest what code would be appropriate.

Our office doesnt bill for suppository, the drug cost is so low.However I have tried looking for a code and never found one.
I like to know as well if there is a code.

I need to confirm whether we can assign J3490(Unclassifed drugs) or J3590 (Unclassifed biologics) for this.
