I've been coding outpatient for few months, what code would you use with DX listed as lung cancer and post radiation therapy?

It is not the lung ca code, it is the coding of previous radiotherapy I'm not sure of.
The lung ca was the initial treatment and apparently remains since it was the 1st DX.
Dr wants to show pt had this therapy.

I know V58.0 is for current radio-therapy which is not the case... not sure what to use for "post" radiation therapy, any suggestions please?
 
V671 is follow up EXAMINATION following radiotherapy. V661 is CONVALESCENCE following radiotherapy. If all the physician wants is to document that the patient had radiotherapy in the past at some point, why not choose V153, HX of irradiation?
