Good morning everyone. I need your help.

Medicare does not accept S3000. The patient's dx is Z13.5, E11.9, H25.13 and H43.813.
Would you be able to guide me to a different code that would be accepted by Medicare?
Would you think that it would be more appropriate to use an E/M code instead of S3000?
Please advise.
