New 2020 ICD-10-CM shows code I50.9 has a revision; however, I am comparing it to the 2019 code and I do not see where there has been a revision. Is this a typo in the new code book?

It was not a huge revision and not one you would see just looking in the code book unless you look really close. From the CDC list of code revisions:
No change I50 Heart failure
No change. I50.9 Heart failure, unspecified Excludes2:
Revise from. fluid overload (E87.70)
Revise to. fluid overload unrelated to congestive heart failure (E87.70
