Code 96020. Is this code inpatient only?
 
Does anyone know can we bill out cpt code 93985 for POS 11? this is for Nephrology and the service is done as ASC, we are using the corrected DX's Codes, but it gets denied stating the dx is not corrected.
Any help would be nice.
