Good afternoon, I code for a community health center and we code for multiple specialties. I am trying to figure out the best Code Set version to use in Codify for searching HCC's? Theres 5 different versions to chose from
RXHCCV05 and V08; ESRD version and two Medicare versions. Can anyone assist with this?
