Hi All! Quick question - Procedure: Insertion of DDD pacemaker. The op report indicates atrial and ventricular leads were placed (no mention of fluroscopy anywhere during placement) and then a notation that states "assured good position with fluroscopy". Do I code the fluroscopy?
