Wiki Code used for e/m at the hospice wing of a hospital

Does anyone know which e/m code group to use if the physician saw the patient in the hospice wing of a hospital. This is not a SNF but is not inpatient either. The doctor is not a hospice physician, he has his own practice and has been her doctor for a long time.
