Hi All,

I am having hard time finding the CPT for:
Dr.did femoral artery & femoral vein cannulation in groin area -not sure what CPT can be used ?
Minimally Invasive Mitral Valve Repair-33427
Maze Operation with ligation of the left atrial appendage-33259

Please advise.

if he did the cannulation just to put the patient on bypass, you would not charge separately for this.
