Hello,
I am new to the neuro field and am curious, when negotiating contracts, what are the guides to rates etc? My practice was not run efficiently and my doctors are not getting reimbursed at all what they should be. We also do E/M and consults for trauma.

Also, what about the PA's? Is it better for them to be par and only get a percentage or to be non par and appeal the claim?

If anyone knows of anywhere I could look up for seminars or ?? to learn more on neuro, I would appreciate any ideas.
