We get outpatient files with the dx 'post ct scan' and nothing further. These are scans with contast. I am wondering how others code this?

Using v45.89 is not sufficient for any of the insurance carriers. I know that the physicians ar looking to assess the effect of the contrast material on the body and thus have been using v58.83, V58.69 and v45.89. I'd appreciate any thoughts on this or suggestoins. Queries to the physicians yield nothing so that is not an option.
