Our office has just implemented nerve conduction tests for PVD (443.9). I have a few questions. How do we code the # of units administered? E.g. 4 units 95903. Does there also need to be 93922 or 93923 with this diagnosis? Is 93922/9392 also required with 95900-95905? What modifier(s) are allowed/required?
